Recovery remains write-preserving after authority transfer.

Rollback must never erase a right we already acknowledged.

Key is now authoritative. Runtime rollback may change application pointers, configuration or routing, but an older data snapshot must never be restored over acknowledged customer changes and Core is not an automatic fallback writer.

No dual-writer fallback

A problem is handled by retry, reconciliation, compensation or a controlled authority decision—not by quietly turning both systems into writers.

Leadstrium Key is the canonical software-rights authority. Public operator mutations remain closed until the CoreID-authenticated control surface is connected.
