Key will use Leadstrium identity and organization membership rather than inventing a second account system. Roles here will answer a simple business question: who is allowed to manage software rights for this organization?
Organization controls are not exposed on this unauthenticated surface.

Role-scoped administration will arrive through CoreID-authenticated operator controls. Canonical software-right state already belongs to Key.

Leadstrium Key is the canonical software-rights authority. Public operator mutations remain closed until the CoreID-authenticated control surface is connected.
